  • 50% refund if you cancel 2–7 days before departure.

  • No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of departure.

  • 100% refund or credit if your flight/ship does not arrive or is delayed and you cannot attend the tour.

  • 100% refund or credit if we or the captain cancel the trip due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • 100% refund or credit in case of a verified medical emergency affecting you or a member of your group.

  • Guests who do not show up for their scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
